I’m leaving this review because I was treated badly by this individuals. I was to sponsor someone for their immigration and I changed my mind so I called to notify them. The ladies answering the phone denied me the right to speak to a manager and insisted that they would not cancel my sponsorship and hung up on me several times. This people are unprofessional, disrespectful and lack any business skills. I strongly recommend that people research this “business “ before contracting their services. Trustworthy , patient ,attentive and intelligent . The service is immaculate they run a great business . I highly recommend this place .

She then went to get the notary , I could see she was sitting in the back eating , she said no , she couldn't do it , shaking her hand with a nasty attitude .Guess shame on me for inturuping he lunch .Horrible customer service !!!!
