Oct 31, 2024 · AlexFirst time going here. First off, their tournament had no good organization to it. No brackets based on player account skill or prelims or anything. It was all single elimination with most players being Platinum or Diamond when we were Silver and Bronze, so we were the punching bags who had zero fun. Had they said in advertisements that Diamond was the skill cap, we would've never bothered. Then, there was the noisy people screaming (not just talking loudly, but SCREAMING) in your face (because the computers are in rows, monitor up against monitor, and not all computers there are reserved for tournament play) while you're trying to participate in a tournament. On top of that, someone on the enemy team had a game crash and the organizers were telling us to pause-- even though we literally CAN'T, THEY should be pausing-- and we wouldn't have even KNOWN to " UNpause " if we didn't have good wards up to see them in our jungle farming!! Then, today, I get a text message from one of them asking to use pictures they took of us for promotion. I told them no and gave them feedback about all of this-- the guy responded very rudely to me. I am attaching said pictures of the conversation here and will share it with the world. Treating a customer well should always a top priority in a business, but apparently not for this business. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this place for tournaments and gaming in general. Very unorganized and not worth the time. Play in an online tournament instead for RP or skins or whatever.
