I recently went to Sueta, an Internet café that has hookah. The idea is cool, but my visit was disappointing. The hookah cost $55, which is pretty high compared to other hookah spots in the area and it took 40 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, it was rough and not good. It was also tough to talk to the woman at the front desk because she didn’t speak English, so we had to use ChatGPT to communicate. The owner offered us half price because of the issues, but we ended up leaving since we had problems connecting the consoles for multiplayer and hookah wasn’t good. Overall, Sueta has a nice concept, but they really need to make some changes to improve the experience.

Customer reviews present a mixed experience at Sueta Cyber Lounge. While one reviewer praised the place for its strong computers and wide selection of games, recommending it highly, another reviewer reported several issues.
The reviewer who had a negative experience highlighted the high price of the hookah ($55) compared to other local spots, the long wait time (40 minutes), and the poor quality of the hookah itself. They also mentioned a communication barrier with the front desk staff due to a language difference, requiring the use of translation software. Additionally, they experienced problems connecting consoles for multiplayer gaming.
Despite the owner offering a discount, the reviewer ultimately left due to the accumulated issues. This reviewer acknowledged the lounge's "nice concept" but suggested significant improvements were needed.
