You don't have to stop for shift change, you don't have to wait for pay because they run out of money, friendly staff and you don't have to worry about someone being loud and annoying!! Overall the environment is chill and friendly! I wish there was a smoking section, but I understand for non-smokers not being able to smoke indoors. It's nice to take a break and step out when needed anyways!!
