They just permanently lost my business. There are multiple occasions where tickets have gone missing, and last night was one of them. One would think they would pull the reports if a ticket claim is in dispute. Instead, I was accused of taking another player’s ticket and forced to give him the money out of pocket. I even asked the cashier to please check the report for my seat to back up what I said about the tickets I won. Instead, he couldn’t even be bothered to do that. I sincerely hope his comfort and laziness was worth it in the end. I have been a loyal patron, but after this stunt, especially after being branded a thief and not getting any assistance whatsoever, I refuse to give this location another dime. I have also started informing others about this incident. Update - the issue with the ticket may have been sorted out. But after the unbelievable level of disrespect I’ve seen from two of the employees, my decision to not return to this location STANDS.

We went early in the morning, like 9am, and it was filthy!!! So much cigarette ashes and trash everywhere. I didn't even want to touch anything. Not to mention if u look up 🤢 the vents are brown and full of dust and dirt. The thought that I was breathing that in, yup we got out of there ☠️🏃♀️➡️🏃♀️➡️🏃♀️➡️

I showed on one of the managers my machine and he said it didn’t work but said i pressed the button twice so i lose that money. I tried three machines total and all 3 were malfunctioned and i showed the managers. The one firelink machine i used when i arrived but after i cashed my winning ticket it malfunctioned. A guy that gave my winnings said i don’t work here officially just helping out then asked for 20 bucks for giving the 140 I won. I’m a retired military vet, Former US Marine trust me don’t go here its a dump and insult to american heros
