The place is awesome. It's Christmas and since everyone has access to the computers themselves, they are open on this day because they don't need employees to work. Very cool computers with big screens. Comfortable chairs and the most important thing is that the table also lowers and rises on the button. There are also vending machines where you can buy everything you need. All in all I am very satisfied. The service is super

Using the automation was simple and straightforward, fast PC's and internet. HOWEVER the vending machines don't work, I spent like 6 dollars trying to get my drink and it wouldn't open after I paid.

Super cool place! computers are fast, chairs are comfortable, and atmosphere is awesome. Can’t wait to come back again with my friends.

Amazing pc specs, super fast internet. Very calm environment with amazing peripherals and monitors. Great spot for placement games. Plus snacks and food around the area

This place is awesome! Unfortunately the neighborhood is not and going to the adjacent grocery store or 711 convenience store next to this Internet Cafe at too late of a hour (this cafe is open till midnight) might have you run in with some questionable people. There are vending snack machines inside Esports Automate to kind of help that issue but for someone like me that would gladly game all day long and pay the easy $25 day pass...... I take breaks and need food/drink so I was a bit saddened to see when I tried to get lunch or dinner at surrounding businesses there were people loitering around watching everyone/acting suspicious and people working at surrounding businesses acting uneasy and suspicious tells me it is not a good neighborhood to be in too often. I also noticed Hispanic/Latinos set up an illegal food vending area on the sidewalk next to this complex and a lot of people(that dont look like they are there for food) started loitering in the parking lot, I'm assuming because they get more than just food from that illegal Hispanic/Latino sidewalk vendor. I also noticed a suspicious blue painted van in the area that had an odd smell coming out. I get the feeling there is some drug trafficking going on in this neighborhood.
